Maca has been traditionally used to balance hormones and enhance fertility, strength, and endurance.   • ¼ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup of banana
  • ¼ cup of frozen mango
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 1 cup of milk (unsweetened almond milk, coconut milk, or regular low fat milk)
  • If you’re feeling cheeky add shaved 70% cacao chocolate as decoration


  • 2/3 cup skim or almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop Bioglan vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon Maca powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 5 ice cubes
