Ingredients:
- ¾ cup oats
- ¾ plain flour
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- 2 teaspooons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon bicarb soda
- 3 tablespoons golden syrup, melted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon milk
Method:
1. Pre-heat oven to 160OC
2. Mix together all dry ingredients in a large bowl
3. Make a well in the centre of dry ingredients and add golden syrup, olive oil and milk
4. Mix together until a dough forms – if too dry add a dash more milk, if too sticky add a little extra plain four
5. Roll mixture into small balls and then flatten on baking tray
6. Bake for ~12-15 minutes, until golden
